Weekday Urban Sketchers in Muscota Marsh on Wednesday
This week we are traveling to the very northern tip of Manhattan to sketch the beautiful water scenes across Muscota Marsh. Part of Inwood Hill Park on the Spuyten Duyvil Creek, this cove has been opened to the public only since 2014. We can wander on the walkways in the marsh, have views of the Henry Hudson Bridge, saltwater marshes and the Palisades across the Hudson River. There should be plenty of water foul so a camera could be a good addition to your kit. The forecast is for a warm sunny day. Bring your lunch and we will picnic along the waterfront or on the observation deck above the marshland.
